McGee came to us after a 2+ year search for a show prospect male. I was looking for a dog that would be versatile enough to do well in the show ring and also work with me in performance venues as well. McGee did not disappoint! He did very well in the conformation ring, easily earning his AKC Championship title. He finished with 4 majors and capped it off with a 5-pt major. We are waiting for him to mature a bit before we bring him out to get his AKC Grand Championship title.
True to his Shepherdspatch heritage, he is close to being ready to certify for a TD Tracking Test and LOVES tracking! He also attained both his Novice Draft Dog title (NDD) and his Open Draft Dog title (DD) in one test weekend in October 2013!
He has nice bone with a handsome head that is truly masculine, and he has a correct coat for our breed. He has an incredible, fun personality, never has met a human or other animal that he doesn't like, and is the most athletic Berner we have ever owned. Best of all, he is a joy to live with and would do asbsolutely ANYTHING for me!!!!!!
